Two Fifth Avenue Lobby Renovation

Two Fifth Avenue is an elegant building that opened in 1952 and is now coveted for its location on Washington Square, gracious apartment layouts, and other amenities. Over the years, however, Two Fifth’s lobby suffered various alterations and became dated and inefficient. BFA designed a total renovation of the lobby and first floor public spaces, with new finishes, lighting, attendant’s desk, and HVAC; restoring the lobby to mid-century modern glamor. Construction to be completed in fall 2026.
